Air
- The rate was calculated based on above mentioned chargeable weight
- Freight is payable at Destination upon arrival.
- Booking is subject to availability of airline space and relevant confirmation. Rate can be changed without prior notice.
- FSC and SSC are included in the rate but subject to change without prior notice.
- The rate is subject to change by changing in above cargo details. (Weight & dimension & cargo description, HS Code)
- This rate is subject to availability of equipment and space at time of shipping.
- The rate is not valid for Hazardous, Perishable and oversize cargo.
- The rate is excluding D/O fee.
- The rate is excluding storage, warehousing fee and inspection fee (if applicable)
- The rate is excluding AWB Fee
- Shipper /Cnee must provide all required export Docs such as invoice & packing list.
- The rate is excluding AWB amendment or Re-Issuance fee (If requested).
- This offer shall be governed by rules mentioned on the BL dorsum.
- ARBITRATION: Any disputes arising in connection with this offer shall be settled finally by ITCA of Iran.
- Having registration Code is MANDATORY for all import shipments.
- In case of lack of order registration, all responsibilities, risks and costs are the responsibility of the respected owners of the goods (parties of the contract).
Land
- Freight is payable at destination upon arrival.
- Freight is calculated based on 1 LDM = 1,770 kg & 1,000 kg = 3 cbm OR actual gross weight whichever is highest.
- Co-loading is in our option.
- All other charges caused by inspection, storage, lack of required certificates etc. is on Shipper/Cnee account.
- Freight is excluding ADR charges for (Explosive / Nuclear – Class 2 & 6 is Double amounts)
- The rates calculated based on 2 hours free loading time in supplier W/H.
- The rate is subject to change due to change of actual cargo details.
- This rate offer is subject to availability of equipment and truck at time of shipping.
- The rate is excluding customs declaration fee (EX1/ TI).
- The Force Major (Exemption) clause of the Int’l Chamber of Commerce (ICC Publication No 421) is hereby incorporated in this offer.
- Max payload is 20 tons.
- Requirements beyond CMR convention is not acceptable
- Demurrage charges will be based on last version of ITCA tariff
- Import permission is mandatory for Iran border.
- ARBITRATION: Any disputes arising in connection with this offer shall be settled finally by ITCA of Iran.

Sea
- The above rate is excluding of THC & local charges at both ends.
- Freight is payable in Iran upon arrival.
- The rate in including surcharges but subject to change without prior notice.
- The rate is subject to change due to changes in cargo details and rate fluctuation subject to GRI and other surcharges at the time of loading.
- The rates calculated based on 2 hours free loading time in supplier W/H.
- The rate is not valid for Hazardous and oversize cargo.
- In case courier service is required, you will be debited separately.
- This rate is subject to availability of equipment and space at time of shipping.
- The rate is excluding dead fee, port storage, line demurrage & customs inspection (if applicable).
- The rate is excluding rent of special equipment’s such as forklift, crane & … (if required).
- Shipper /Cnee must provide all required export Docs such as LOI.
- The rate is excluding Telex release fee or B/L issue fee.
- Subject to BAF, War Risk, GRI (If applicable)
- The rate is excluding amendment or Re-Issuance B/L fee. (If applicable)
- The rate is subject to acceptance of HS CODE by shipping line & customs approval at both ends.
- This offer shall be governed by rules mentioned on the BL dorsum.
